Because The Fortress Commander's Handbook (the "Manual") is an instantly downloadable digital product, traditional physical returns are not possible. However, we stand behind the scientific and biological principles detailed in our guide (Page 70).

We offer a strict 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee based on an honest, active commitment to implementing the strategies. We do not issue refunds for simple "change of mind" or download-and-request scenarios without an attempt to solve the problem.

1. The Biological Timeline for Success

As documented in the Manual, collapsing an ant colony using slow-acting baiting and physical exclusion is a biological process that typically takes 14 to 30 days to fully resolve (Pages 9, 35).

Because of this timeline, refund requests can only be submitted between 14 and 30 days from your original purchase date. This ensures you have given the biological and physical defense protocols enough time to actively collapse the colony structure.

2. Proof-of-Implementation Requirements

To qualify for a full refund, you must demonstrate that you have actively and correctly applied the core tactics in the Manual. When requesting a refund, you must submit an email containing three (3) clear photographic evidences of your implementation:

  • Photo 1: Perimeter Sealing (Phase II)
    A photo showing at least one previously open gap or utility penetration (e.g., around outdoor pipes, siding cracks, or door sweeps) that you have sealed using expanding foam, caulk, or copper mesh (Pages 22–24).
  • Photo 2: Active Bait Deployment (Phase III)
    A photo showing the active deployment of slow-acting bait gel or a DIY borax cotton ball setup positioned directly along an identified active ant trail (Pages 35, 42).
  • Photo 3: Before & After Comparison
    A comparison showing the ant activity. (For example, an initial photo of active ants on your countertops, and a secondary photo taken 14+ days later showing continued, active, unmitigated infestation despite baiting).

3. How to Submit a Refund Request

Once you have gathered the required proof and reached the 14-day mark post-purchase, please submit your request by email. Your email must include:

  • Your full name and the email address used to purchase the product.
  • Your order number (found on your Lemon Squeezy receipt).
  • The 3 required implementation photos (attached as JPG or PNG).
  • A brief, 2-3 sentence description of which ant species you identified and which bait type you rotated (Pages 11, 49).

4. Refund Processing

Once received, our support team will inspect your submitted proof within 3 to 5 business days. If the photos clearly show an honest attempt to seal, bait, and manage trails according to the instructions, and yet your infestation persists with no visible reduction, we will immediately authorize a 100% refund of your purchase price.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay) via our payment merchant, Lemon Squeezy. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to settle in your account.
